“When I first observed in school students how their bright, eager, and smiling faces ready to learn turned into sad ones filled with pain and frustration, lack of confidence and motivation and low self-esteem when they failed at reading and learning and felt dumb or stupid, (with many of them tuning out, dropping out, or joining gangs), I knew right then and there that my life’s passion was going to be help every child and adult learn to read and succeed. From that moment on I decided to devote my whole career to study brain research and apply that knowledge of how the brain learns to help every child and adult find their fastest and best way of learning reading and learning any subject in the shortest possible time. I felt this was each person’s key to success and would prevent kids from planting the seeds of failure for the rest of their lives, and even turning to gangs and crime, to laying the foundation for success in their adult life by becoming, engaged top students, who love reading and learning. Through developing the nation’s first public school curriculum in reading through learning styles, and then applying it and studying the results with thousands of students in school’s across the country and around the world, I saw how it has consistently helped 88-99% of all students (K-12, college, and adult) in a school master reading and raise reading levels, grades, and test-scores in less than a school year, and in many cases within a few months. Nothing gives me more joy than seeing a student whether child, teen, or adult realize the ‘aha’ moment when they realize they really are smart and talented and can be successful in anything they want.”
